Healing is a deep cleanse, 3 tips that support your healing process
I did a deep cleaning in some areas I don't usually clean yesterday, plus fixed a water leak from the kitchen sink. My body felt tired in the morning, but I actually feel great seeing surfaces without clutter, dust, and water leaks! What a relief!
I wanted to remind us that healing can be like that. It digs up dirt and parts of us that are not resolved.
You might have heard me say things that you don't resonate with. That is ok. I sometimes pick up things from your subconscious or other layers that we are often unaware of, just like when you clean the back of drawers or a closet.
However, I invite you to be open, just a little. Things are never black or white. We are black, white, and everything in between. We drift and fluctuate as we learn to find our center. Sometimes we are shown the opposite of our ideal in other people or within us, only to learn—unless you let it wear you down or flare up. Nobody is ego-free or stress-free out there. It's great that we still have things to work on! I'm never bored :)
Here are some takeaways:
Healing is like a deep cleanse. You might see 'unacceptable' aspects of yourself. They need to surface before they exit the door. Then you have space for your true self. If things flare up, it's a sign that something is changing—which is way better than staying in the same place.
I will share the top 3 things that can help support your healing.
#1. Your intent, i.e. your free will
No doubt. I do not have a magic wand. I help remove energetic friction to increase the probability of improved outcomes. You have a magic wand that works better than any other tools on the market!
#2. Like attracts like
It is important to hold yourself accountable for this because you are the only one who has control over this. If you are thinking about problems over and over, that is what comes to you. Build a collection of your own likes for yourself.
#3. Self-reflection
What if you could learn from this trouble? We are often caught up in truths, justice, and validations. I want to know the truth. This isn't right, not fair. This needs to change. I want acknowledgement. All of these are our needs. I’m not denying them. I have them all! Nevertheless, they might not be the gateway to your peace and growth. The only way to move forward has been to reflect and learn from my own experience and take that as my truth. It's a choice (#1).
(Bonus #4. Time)
Time is needed. It's our helper. Things take care of themselves. Problems that developed over decades and multiple lifetimes will need more time. Especially for things that are already manifesting in your body—if they improve overnight, your body might not be able to cope with the drastic change. Or sometimes, you might be led to take a detour to learn or prepare an environment for the new change. Desperation, frustration, or impulse doesn't usually help. What can I do? #1–3 on repeat, and rest assured that it's a work in progress.
