Media Release: I grant permission for my image, likeness, voice, and/or comments to be recorded, photographed, or otherwise captured during the event and used by Ms. Ozawa in promotional materials, social media, website, and other publications without compensation or approval. 6. Payment & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment:
Payment is due on the day of your appointment. Credit card information will be collected at the time of booking to hold your reservation. I accept Venmo, cash, Zelle, and checks. If payment is not received on time, a $50 late fee will be added. Multiple missed payments may prevent you from booking future sessions.
Cancellation & Changes:
Changes or cancellations can be made up to 48 hours in advance at no cost.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 to 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled session fee.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours or failure to attend will result in the full session fee being charged.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising under or related in any way to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of California.
8. Session Policies & Conduct Guidelines
The session time you reserve includes a brief consultation, the session itself, and short feedback afterward. Ms. Ozawa asks that clients respect the scheduled duration and refrain from staying beyond this time unless she specifically requests an extension. A fee of $50 per additional 10 minutes will apply if the session runs overtime for both in-person and remote sessions.
Ms. Ozawa is unable to engage in personal matters or private conversations outside of sessions. Any emails, attachments, or articles unrelated to our work together may not receive a response.
The work offered by Ms. Ozawa is not affiliated with any religious groups or businesses. Ms. Ozawa asks that you refrain from sending recommendations, invitations, or solicitations of any kind.
While Ms. Ozawa values warm and respectful interactions, her role is to provide professional services only, both during and outside of sessions. She does not respond to questions unrelated to the focus of the work, and she respectfully declines any form of physical contact from male clients.
The healing Ms. Ozawa offers is a profoundly effective practice that requires your active engagement, self-awareness, and personal responsibility. It is a powerful tool for those seeking genuine self-empowerment and ready to embrace deep, positive transformation for personal growth. This work supports those committed to owning both their progress and the challenges along the way. Those who believe in miracles without putting in their effort or choose to stay in the patterns of blaming others, refuse to see different perspectives, or are unwilling to take responsibility for their life, the outcome of this work will be compromised.
