Please review carefully before purchasing or using any of our services and/or products.

1. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment

Credit card information is collected at the time of booking to hold your reservation. Payment is due on the day of your appointment. If payment is not received on time, a $50 late fee will be applied. Multiple missed payments may result in being unable to book future sessions.

Payment Methods

Zelle, Venmo, cash, and check are accepted with no additional fee and are the preferred payment methods for in-person and remote sessions. Credit card payment incurs a processing fee, which will be noted on the invoice. For services purchased directly through the website, credit card payment is processed at checkout and subject to a processing fee.

Returning Clients — Remote Sessions

Returning clients booking remote sessions are asked to submit a session request through the request form on the website. Payment is due prior to the session. Credit card payment is available upon request and subject to a processing fee, which will be noted on the invoice.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. No refunds are issued once payment has been received or a session has been conducted. This applies to all paid services, including all remote sessions.

Cancellation & Changes

  • Changes or cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: no charge.

  • Changes or cancellations made 48 to 24 hours in advance: 50% of the session fee.

  • Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend: full session fee.

Extended Session Time

The session fee covers the reserved time only. Time beyond the scheduled session will be billed as follows:

  • General overages (extended consultation, additional session time, or any reason other than item charging): $5 per minute, charged to the card on file.

  • Post-session item charging: A flat $50 extension fee covers up to 15 minutes of additional time, with a maximum of 10 items. Posted item rates apply per item and are charged separately. Time beyond 15 minutes will be billed at $5 per minute.
