Remote Sessions

Distance has no impact on the effectiveness of a session. Remote sessions are available for:

  • Adults who cannot come in person or prefer to receive sessions from home

  • Children and pets — who often respond especially well remotely

  • A family member, partner, or loved one who may not be open to energy work — sessions can be requested without their direct involvement

    • Two Premium 1:1 sessions per month — up to 90 minutes via Zoom or phone, including full session + coaching time

    • Personalized written report for each session: session summary and suggested action plan

    • By default, both sessions are live Premium 1:1s. If needed, the second session can be exchanged for one of the following:

      • A Remote Premium 1:1 — if you are unable to make another live call or prefer to receive it remotely. Share your situation via email ahead of time, Tomoko will conduct a deep remote session and delivers a full written report.

      • 4 Same-Day sessions — if you prefer to receive immediate care for acute energetic disturbance or moments of high stress. Available anytime during the month. Learn more about Same-Day Session.

    • You want more than a one-off session — a structured, ongoing container for healing and personal growth

    • You want dedicated coaching time to process what comes up and understand how to move forward

    • You want peace of mind and priority access to Tomoko during moments of high stress or anxiety

  • Regular in-person sessions are one hour — enough for the session itself, but not for the dialogue that often matters just as much. Regular remote sessions are asynchronous. Each Premium 1:1 offers up to 90 minutes via Zoom or phone, with space to deeply listen, discuss what came up, and explore how you'd like to move forward.

    Premium 1:1 also includes a personalized written report after each session — recap, what was addressed and cleared, and a suggested action plan. Regular sessions don't include written follow-up outside of what Tomoko can share in the room, or a brief note for remote sessions outlining what was addressed.

    In short: regular 1:1 sessions are open to everyone and work well as standalone or occasional visits. Premium 1:1 is for clients ready to commit to a consistent, supported journey.
