Be as specific as possible about your one area of focus. The more precise you are, the more targeted the work can be. Examples:
Lower back pain — L4/L5 area
Panic attack — tightness in chest and difficulty breathing

Please do not list multiple areas. If you have more than one concern, a full 1:1 session will serve you better.
