I came into the session in a vulnerable state, because an old situation was presenting itself to me that I had thought I had worked through. My headache lessened greatly! I felt much more centered and calm. I had referred pain in my upper back/solar plexus in the back when I was stretching on the table. I didn’t mention it until after she began working around my ankle and the solar plexus went away.
